Raidne Names Clare as COO

Quantitative surveillance firm Raidne, the inventor of the Siren benchmark, has appointed Alison Clare, as chief operating officer, with immediate effect.
Clare brings 35 years of leadership experience to Raidne, this includes an impressive career in the global custody industry. Her roles have included senior positions at a variety of international banks such as HSBC, RBS, BNY Mellon and Northern Trust. Her experience ranges from managing global teams to having been responsible for operations, client services, product management and network management.
Over the years, Clare has also led international teams in risk and compliance, planning, and overseeing the implementation of new regulations such MiFID II, GDPR, MAR and the FCA’s Conduct Regime. More recently, she held position of SMF 16 for several UK legal entities and has also been involved in a variety of board and risk committees.
Key responsibilities in her new role include managing interactions with suppliers, assessment of risks and overseeing Raidne governance arrangements, the firm says.
