FairXchange Names R&D Head

FairXchange, part of United Fintech, has named Will Holt as chief research and development officer as it seeks build out its liquidity management and data services.
Holt has been consulting since leaving hedge fund ExodusPoint Capital Management in September 2022, where he was a portfolio manager. Prior to that he spent seven years at Tudor Group, also as a portfolio manager, having joined from JCH Capital Management, a firm he co-founded and worked at for almost a decade. Holt started his career at Goldman Sachs in statistical arbitrage.
