United Fintech has expanded its team in New York with the hires of Mitch Vine and Danny Finnerty. Vince joins as head of new business sales in the Americas, Finnerty as a sales executive.
Vince joins from AlphaDesk in New York, where he has worked for just under five years, during which time it was acquired by Refinitiv and, in turn by LSEG. Most latterly, Vine oversaw new business sales for the east coast of the US for the OMS/PMS. Prior to that Vine spent four years at Eze Software in business development, transferring to New York from London in mid-2016.
Finnerty joins the firm from SS&C Technologies in New York, where he worked for just over a year in business development. Both new recruits report to Mark Lawrence, director and head of Americas at United Fintech.
“United Fintech’s expansion in the US is pivotal to our mission of helping financial institutions digitise and gain access to best-in-class capital markets focused technology,” says Lawrence. “Mitch brings a wealth of expertise and experience in building out OMS/PMS distribution across the Americas and we are very excited about his collaboration with Athena Systems, one of our portfolio companies which has a world-class OMS. Beyond that, Mitch will also be teaming up with Danny Finnerty to lead our expansion efforts across NetDania, TTMzero and FairXchange as we continue to broaden our footprint in the Americas.”
