Joost discusses how the workflow for FX swaps is changing and how Digitec is looking to extend those changes into the interbank FX swaps space. The two talk about the need for flexibility when connecting to existing FX swaps venues, as well as the openness required in tech build to connect to new venues as and when they come along.
With innovation continuing apace in FX swaps there is time to discuss the impact on dealers’ day-to-day activities, the recurring challenge of credit, and what seems to be a groundswell of interest in automation in FX swaps more generally.
