State Street Rebrands GlobalLink Digital

Just over two years after introducing the GlobalLink Digital brand as its open platform, State Street has announced a rebranding of the service to Link.
The bank says Link is a “new smart desktop platform that brings together State Street Global Markets’ suite of trading, analytics, and research solutions into a single, seamless digital environment”.
The re-branded platform offers a complete view of their technology portfolios for clients, with modular, customisable workflows in a central system, thus helping reduce errors, maximising efficiency, and enhancing the trading experience, the bank adds. As was the case with the original offering, Link integrates GlobalLink’s applications, third-party software, as well as provides access to what State Street says is more than 700 buy and sell side institutions.
“Investors are navigating increasingly complex regulatory and financial environments, making access to efficient and comprehensive trading solutions more essential than ever before,” says Tony Bisegna, global head of State Street Global Markets. “By evolving our brand and launching Link as our refreshed platform, we’re positioning Global Markets as the breakthrough edge our clients need to succeed.”
Greg Fortuna, head of GlobalLink, adds, “By redefining our brand with a unified approach, we aim to clarify the breadth and depth of our offerings, making it easier for clients and employees to navigate and fully understand our capabilities.”
