Refinitiv Hires FX Sales Head?

Market sources say that Sally Francis-Cole is joining LSEG’s Refinitiv in London as global head of FX sales and account management.

Francis-Cole joins from Record Currency Management, where she has global head of sales for just under 18 months, having joined the currency management firm from five and a half years at BNP Paribas, where she was head of global FX, local markets and commodity sales.
Prior to BNP, Francis-Cole spent more than 12 years at UBS in FX sales roles, before this she had three years with AIG and over seven years at JP Morgan, also in FX sales.
Francis-Cole is taking up a role vacated earlier this year when Jim Kwiatkowski left his role as global head of transactional sales at Refinitiv. The shift marks something of a return to a traditional Reuters/Refinitiv framework with an experienced FX industry person, with serious banking experience, at the head of its FX transactional sales effort. Kwiatkowski joined the firm as part of its purchase of FXall, and had more of a fintech background.
