OneZero Acquires Autochartist

OneZero has announced the acquisition of Autochartist, a provider of client engagement automation through market data-driven content, a deal the firm says is a pivotal step in its expansion and innovation strategy.
The acquisition, terms of which were not disclosed, creates, the firms say, “a mutually beneficial relationship, enhancing both companies’ offerings by bringing two respective leaders in brokerage technology under one umbrella”.
Autochartist will continue to service its clients through delivering market data driven content via email, CMS, messaging and social media platforms. In addition, the cloud-based analytics and data engine that drives Autochartist will be integrated into OneZero’s offering, adding capabilities that provide clients with personalised, scalable market content that help drive customer engagement and retention.
