NatWest Unveils Agile Markets Connect

By embedding Symphony’s collaboration platform into its single dealer platform, NatWest Markets has launched Agile Markets Connect, a channel to deliver real time, context-driven communications to its customers.

The integration means that the bank’s sales team can set market alerts that can be received real-time on Symphony, and link directly into Agile Markets. Customers can communicate wherever and whenever they wish and the context of the conversation is embedded in their own workspace, saving time, improving productivity and reducing the risk of errors during their time-critical workflow.

“This is true digital voice in the most interactive sense,” says Theodore Sirota, product manager of cross product sales at NatWest Markets. “Symphony’s embedded collaboration platform combined with NatWest Markets’ Agile Markets, creates a customer experience that is truly immersive.”

Duncan Maccabe, UK corporate FX sales at the bank, adds, “It’s a game changer. We have a really diverse customer base, and most of them don’t have a regulatory compliant chat application. We’re now able to reach so many more people, while having real-time interactive capability.”
