As previously reported by The Full FX, (13/9 and 16/8 newsletters Entries & Exits), Paul Spillman and Roland Schilling have joined Integral as sales directors in EMEA.
Spillman joins from TradAir, where he was European head of sales, prior to which he had short spells at ITI Capital and TJM Investments. He also worked for just over two years at Gain GTX, as well as at Marex Spectron, prior to which he spent over nine years at Newedge as a foreign exchange trader.
Schilling is returning to Integral, having previously worked for the firm for over three years until mid-2013. Since then he has had a brief spell at Tullett Prebon working on the firm’s SpotDeal platform, and then worked at EBS for six years and Barracuda, most recently, for two and a half years.
“As a trusted technology provider, Integral’s cloud-based SaaS offering adds greater value to our customers and drives forward advancements in their FX trading and risk management workflow,” says Harpal Sandhu, CEO of Integral. “Paul and Roland are valuable additions to the team and will play an important role in driving forward our global growth as we continue to expand the technology and services we offer.”
Vikas Srivastava, CRO of Integral, adds, “The demand for our cloud-based SaaS technology has grown as the financial markets are increasingly looking for scalable and flexible solutions.”
In November 2021, Integral added two other senior staffers to its EMEA team, with the hires of Julian Elliot and Ina Patrascu.
