GFXC Launches 2023 FX Global Code Survey

The Global Foreign Exchange Committee (GFXC) has released the 2023 FX Global Code Survey aimed at measuring the effectiveness of the code of conduct.
The GFXC says the information collected in the survey will assist it in determining where to focus the next Code review, due in 2024. Three previous surveys were conducted in the early years of the Code before the survey was aligned with the three-year review cycle established in 2020/21.
The latest survey specifically seeks to measure the effectiveness of the July 2021 revised Code, as well as its associated material which looked at last look and pre-hedging.
The survey is open to all FX market participants, whether they have signed up to the Code or not, and can be obtained by contacting survey@globalfxc.org. The deadline for responses is 11 October 2023 and only aggregated responses will be published to protect the anonymity of respondents.
