Firms Team Up for Crypto Advisory Service

Digital asset custody and infrastructure provider The Vault is teaming up with blockchain security firm Halborn to launch a joint advisory programme for institutions building or upgrading their digital asset infrastructure.
The firms say the programme pairs two disciplines that are usually delivered separately, and consists of a four-to-six week engagement with The Vault to design an architecture across custody, compliance, treasury and reporting, with the result being validated through Halborn’s security review. They add the resulting blueprint is owned outright by the client, who chooses whether to implement it with The Vault, another provider, or independently.
“We designed The Vault’s architecture around institutions that need more than a platform, they need infrastructure that fits how they actually operate,” says Artem Stopnevich, CEO of The Vault. “But a well-designed system is not the same as a secure one until someone outside your own team has tried to break it. That is what Halborn brings to this partnership: independent testing at a level few institutions build in-house. By the time a client sees the plan, it has already been independently tested, not after the fact, but as part of how we build it.”
Jacques Boschung, CEO of Halborn, adds, “Financial services are transforming, and institutions are adopting digital assets at an unprecedented rate. The underlying infrastructure has to keep pace.”
