Deutsche Bank and Sociéte Générale have joined futures technology provider FIA Tech’s ownership consortium via its latest funding round, which brings the capital raised to $84.2 million.
FIA Tech’s ownership now consists of 12 clearing firms alongside Futures Industry Association – in addition to the two new additions, ABN Amor Clearing, Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citi, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, UBS and Wells Fargo are all investors.
Nick Solinger, president and CEO of FIA Tech, says: “We are delighted that Deutsche Bank and Societe Generale will be joining our ownership consortium and supporting us on our next stage of development. We see this as a further testament to the industry support for our mission of creating innovative solutions for all users of exchange traded derivatives.”
