Digitec Adds Two

Pricing and data technology provider Digitec has unveiled two new hires in its London office, with Errol McKenzie and Asim Ahmed, joining the firm.
McKenzie joins as head of customer service and success, reporting to Stephan von Massenbach, chief revenue officer. McKenzie joins from CME Group where he led the global operations team for optimization having transitioned to the business form his previous role of global head of services at Traiana.
Ahmed has been named service level manager, reporting to McKenzie. With 17 years of experience in service, governance and project management, he joins from Three where he was service level assurance manager. Previously he worked at Hue Global Solutions and Ericsson.
“As we continue to add bank clients and develop new products it is important that we provide the highest levels of support by investing in experienced and highly skilled people working in Customer Service and IT Services,” says Peer Joost, CEO of Digitec. “Hiring for these roles in London brings us closer to our clients and new prospects, which is key to Digitec’s future growth plans.”
