Financial markets software developer Devexperts is rolling out a new mobile interface for its flagship product DXtrade, which targets firms in the brokerage space.
The firm says the new interface is designed especially to enhance traders’ experience when using the platform on a mobile, and features all basic trading functionalities, including market, limit, and stop orders; position modification; and protection orders such as stop loss and take profit.
It adds traders using the app will be able to view their accounts, including all relevant account metrics; browse predefined watchlists; search instruments and access instrument charts; and manage their portfolios and execute trade operations.
Currently available only in a demo environment, the firm says the new features will be made available to brokers licensing the DXtrade platform for trader use “in the coming weeks”.
“We know that traders like to be able to access their platform whether they’re at their desk or on the move, ensuring effective portfolio management and, where appropriate, timely trade execution,” says Jon Light, head of OTC platform at Devexperts. “This is the motivation behind our new DXtrade mobile interface, which gives traders even greater flexibility when it comes to accessing their platform, whenever and wherever they wish.”
