Brokerage solutions provider Devexperts has unveiled four new hires as it seeks to tap into what it says its “marked interest” in its solutions by bolstering its business development team.
Michael Ambite, Paul Tavares, Brian James and Heetesh Rawal will all serve as VPs sales and business development, bringing, Devexperts says, a combined 70+ years of experience in market data and fintech sectors.
Ambite joins from just over a year at GTN Group, where he was senior sales for datafeeds, prior to which he worked for more than four years at ICIS as an account manager. The bulk of his career has been spent at Bloomberg, where he worked for more than 16 years in fixed income e-trading sales.
Tavares has held a host of sales roles across different industries, but more recently spent almost four years as chief revenue officer at NewTech International, this was followed by short spells at Activ Financial Systems of Options Technology and one year at Exegy, before joining Devexperts.
James joins from FIS in London where he was also in business development for more than four years, prior to which he spent over 19 years at Exchange Data International in business development roles. Rawal, meanwhile, joins from Options Technology, where he worked for almost 17 years in senior account management roles.
“Paul, Brian, Michael and Heetesh join us at a time when we are seeing more interest in our off-the-shelf solutions that can be white-labelled and offer the opportunity for customisation as our clients grow,” says Michael Babushkin, global CEO of Devexperts. “This solution offers start-ups the opportunity to quickly launch their business to market, an option that hardly any other software vendor can offer. We provide a broad range of tools and partnerships, with an open-platform architecture optimised for integration into brokers’ existing solutions, giving them everything they need to build end-to-end trading systems.”
