CLS volumes continue to rise in June

Volumes at CLS rose more than 13% in June across products, with activity increasing in all instruments.
Average daily traded volume stood at $2.83 trillion, representing a 13.3% increase year-on-year and 11.7% higher than in May. Spot volumes were also up, 14.3% higher than in June 2025 at $643 billion and 7.5% higher compared with the previous month.
FX swaps traded $1.919 trillion compared with $1.685 trillion a year prior, representing a 13.9% increase. On a monthly basis, volumes were 12.4% higher. FX forwards also increased their total to $263 billion, up 7.3% on the year and 18% compared with May.
