Charbonneau Joins Deutsche’s FX RMS Business

Caroline Charbonneau has joined Deutsche Bank as part of its continued build out of its EMEA risk management solutions team.
She has been named director, FX risk management solutions for France and Benelux, and will be based in Paris and report to Jean-Philippe Castellani, managing director, head of FX risk management solutions Southern Europe & FraBeLux at the bank.
Charbonneau joins from Société Générale, where she ran the French FX sales team and was responsible for client coverage in the region – she spent over 20 years with the French bank.
“Our clients have a greater need to manage liquidity, FX and interest rate risks in local as well as international markets,” says Castellani. “Caroline brings a wealth of experience to the role and working alongside Olivier Paya, director, FX sales, and our FX sales and structuring teams, she will play a key part in continuing to strengthen our existing franchise in the region and deliver targeted products and tailored solutions to our focus French and BeLux corporate and financial sponsor clients.”
