24 Exchange Builds Out with Hires

24 Exchange has added three to its roster globally as it continues to build out the business.
Michael Serpa has joined as global head of liquidity management, he joins from Edgewater Markets in New York where he worked for almost six years, for the latter half he was global head of liquidity, having joined as an analyst.
The platform has also added Keith Sedergreen and Cristian Arellano to the sales effort. Sedergreen is based in Sydney and has a background in the inter-dealer broking arena, most recently he was managing director of BGC Partners in Sydney, having joined from the same role at Tullett Prebon. Sedergreen is covering the Australia and broader Asia region.
Arellano meanwhile, also has a broking background and joins to cover Andean region in the Americas. He was last a senior Latam derivatives broker at GFI Group, having held the same role at BGC Partners and Tullett Prebon in New York and Icap in Chile.
Earlier this year 24 Exchange added FX swaps trading to its services, building upon the existing NDFs and spot FX offering.
